PRI conducts human and ecological risk assessment, develops tools to assess the relative risks associated with use of pesticides, evaluates the effects of pesticides on pollinators, provides guidance and input on pesticide regulation and policy, and develops integrated pest management (IPM) approaches that solve pest problems with minimum pesticide use.
